These general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the “CGV”) govern the contractual relations between the company FDC FRANCE (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”) and any user of the Faïencerie de Charolles website ( hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”). By placing an order on our website, you accept these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.

The products offered for sale on our website are described and presented with the greatest possible precision. However, minor variations may occur due to your screen display settings. Photographs of the products are non-contractual.

2. Price

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Delivery costs are additional and are indicated during the ordering process. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the prices in force at the time of validation of your order.

3. Order

To place an order on our website, you must follow the online ordering process and complete the required information. You must verify the accuracy of your order before confirming it. Validation of your order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.


4. Payment

Payment for your order is made online by credit card or any other secure payment method accepted on our website. Payments are secure and encrypted.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicated during the ordering process and depend on the delivery location. We endeavor to meet these deadlines, but they are given as an indication and delays may occur beyond our control.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by an unambiguous declaration.

7. Guarantees

We guarantee the conformity of the products sold on our website and we undertake to reimburse you or exchange any defective or non-compliant product with your order. 

8. Liability

We cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or fault attributable to a third party.

9. Intellectual property

All elements (texts, images, videos, etc.) present on our website are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, total or partial, is prohibited without our prior written authorization.

10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

11. Returns policy

  • Return time


You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

  • Return conditions


To be eligible for return, the product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Products returned damaged, soiled or incomplete will not be refunded.

  • Return procedure


To return a product, please contact us by email at [contact email address] indicating your order number, the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the necessary return instructions.

  • Return fees


Return costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective product, error in the order, etc.).

  • Refund


Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received it. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Some products cannot be returned. These include personalized products.
