The delivery time is indicated under the product sheet. Each product needs time for creation/customization. When you validate your order, you will get a final delivery estimate.

4. What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

Go to your customer area. Order cancellation is possible before shipping. After shipping, please follow our returns policy

Yes, we can deliver to all destinations available in the order validation


8. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

You must take photos/videos when receiving the package and email them to us to assess the damage.

Yes, our products are made by our artisans in our factory in Charolles. Each product is designed according to the rules of the art of earthenware since 1844

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
